Feb. 4   Just a quick post. We are in Iberia Louisianna, tomorrow we will be in New Orleans. Jim has been very entertaining. He is struggling with all the "foreign" words on this trip. Like Armadillo - or as Jim says Amarillo;  Corpus Christi - is Corpus Crispy; and Iberia is Siberia. As Jim says "those names just roll of my tongue." I told him it's more like drool off.

While we are in Iberia we will go to the Tobasco Pepper Sauce factory. Since I am a big fan of HOT and SPCIY I am looking forward to this tour. After all, I am still breathing fire from the tacos I ate in Fort Stockton.
